Coo-Var Aluminium Wood Primer is ideal for use on knotted or resinous timber to prevent staining. Also acts as an excellent heavy duty wood primer. An aluminum wood primer is a type of primer that contains aluminum flakes, which help block tannin and resin bleed-through from wood. It is typically used on bare or previously painted wood surfaces.
