Blackfriar Solvent Based Floor Sealer . A clear, alkyd sealer for use on porous surfaces underneath solvent and alkyd paints, as well as Blackfriar’s Anti-Slip Floor Paint and Polyurethane Floor Paint. Can also be used on porous brickwork underneath Blackfriar Anti-Climb Paint.

It aids by penetrating deep into the substrate binding and sealing porous surfaces for over coating thus leaving you requiring less of the following paint finish. Easy and safe application with brush or roller and dry to re-apply in around 4 hours meaning you can complete a job within a day.

Concrete surfaces less than 6 months old: We recommend that new concrete surfaces should be left for around 6 months before painting to allow the salts and efflorescence to dry out of the concrete.
