The Geocel 201 Polymer Sealant is a single-component, ready-to-use, flexible sealant designed for expansion joints in building construction. With outstanding adhesive and weathering properties, it cures to form a tough, flexible seal. Ideal for a wide range of applications, including pre-cast facing and cladding panels, wall tiles, granite, metal or timber window frames, masonry, and certain glazing systems, this sealant ensures a reliable and durable seal.

Application Instructions:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and grease-free. Remove any release agents, water repellents, laitance, dust, dirt, old sealants, and other contaminants that might impair adhesion. Clean metal surfaces with a suitable solvent using an oil and lint-free cloth.
- Application Method: Use a sealant gun and cartridge to apply the sealant to the prepared joint.
- Tool the Sealant: After application, tool the sealant to ensure proper contact with the substrate and a smooth finish.
Cleanup:
- Non-Porous Surfaces: Clean off excess sealant while uncured.
- Porous Surfaces: Allow the sealant to cure, then remove any excess by abrasion or mechanical means.
