Sandtex Quick Dry Stabilising Solution is a highly penetrative, clear, solvent-based stabiliser designed for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. It is ideal for treating chalky, weathered, and porous surfaces, providing a solid foundation for your paintwork and enhancing its durability and finish.

• Purpose: Prepares, seals, and stabilises chalking, weathered, and porous surfaces.

• Drying Time:
  • Touch dry in 16 hours.
  • Re-coat ready after 16 hours.
• Coverage:
  • Provides coverage of 6 - 10 square metres per litre, depending on the surface texture.
• Number of Coats: Recommended 1 coat for optimal results.
